Refunds for Purchased Products

The User has the right to withdraw from the purchase of one or more products within 14 days of receiving the order, provided that the product is in the condition in which it was delivered, in its original packaging, shows no signs of use and has not been altered in a way that affects its commercial condition, in accordance with Article 55 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (CPA), except in the cases specified in Article 57 of the CPA, namely:

  1. For the provision of services where the service has been fully performed, if the contract requires the consumer to pay and performance has commenced with the consumer's express prior consent and acknowledgement that they will lose their right of withdrawal once the trader has fully performed the contract.

  2. For the supply of goods or services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that cannot be controlled by the trader and that may occur during the withdrawal period.

  3. For the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.

  4. For the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly due to their nature.

  8. Where the consumer has expressly requested the trader to visit their home to carry out urgent repairs or maintenance. If, during such a visit, the trader provides additional services beyond those requested by the consumer or supplies goods other than spare parts necessary for the repairs or maintenance, the right of withdrawal shall apply to those additional services or goods.

  13. For the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, where performance has commenced and the contract obliges the consumer to pay, provided that:

a) The consumer has given express prior consent to performance commencing during the withdrawal period;

b) The consumer has acknowledged that they will thereby lose their right of withdrawal;

c) The trader has provided confirmation in accordance with Article 48(2) or Article 49(8).

The User shall not have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract for a digital product in the following circumstances:

  1. Where the contract concerns the provision of services that have been fully performed, and performance commenced with the consumer's express prior consent and acknowledgement that they would lose their right of withdrawal once the Provider had fully performed the contract.

  2. Where the contract concerns the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium, and performance has commenced with the consumer's express consent and acknowledgement that they would thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

Due to the nature of the products offered, namely digital files that can be downloaded to the User's personal device after payment, amounts paid for these products are non-refundable.
